Sellastack provides software consulting and development services including but not limited to custom software development, cloud solutions, AI/ML implementation, and technical consulting. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
  • Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws

  • Late payments may incur additional fees
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

6. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of information shared with us during the course of our engagement. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information as outlined in individual service agreements or non-disclosure agreements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sellastack, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

We strive to provide high-quality services, but we provide our services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement as specified in the individual contract. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for violation of these Terms of Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sellastack, LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
